Our first presenter, Scott Krogh, is a Journeyman joiner at Colonial Williamsburg. In the joiner's shop, Scott constructs 18th century architectural finish work including six-panel doors and window sash. He also builds functional furniture including kitchen tables, corner cupboards and food safes. In his presentation to us, he will show us the Eastern Shore corner cabinet he is building as his journeyman’s project.

Long-time Blue Ridge chapter member Dave Heller will give the second presentation on radial veneering. Dave is a retired Chemical Engineer who has been building furniture for 35 years, and professionally since 2009. He has an active teaching schedule, with a special focus on marquetry and veneering. His teaching schedule includes schools in our region including Wood and Shop Traditional Woodworking School in Earlysville, VA and Nova Labs in Reston, VA.
